Kitchen Chemistry
This class will feature fun chemistry-based experiments that you can build…er “mix” up in our kitchen. We will cover atoms and molecules, mixtures, reactions, acids and bases, changing states of matter, polymers and much more. Come explore chemistry in the kitchen and you will find out why some statues are green, why do some balloons rise, why is pH levels of food important, and how making butter is a science!
The students will also create a periodic table that will help them through their course of High School Chemistry and beyond. |
